KGSF interviewed Altantuul Tsogtsaikhan to learn more about her story:

Altantuul Tsogtsaikhan has been working for the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) of Mongolia since 2007. FRC was established to strive and ensure the stability of the financial market by regulating financial service institutions, monitoring implementation of all relevant legislation, and protecting the rights of investors and participants of financial markets. Since returning to work after completing the KAIST Finance MBA Program, she has had some changes in her career. She transferred from the Insurance Department to the Supervision Department and shortly after, she was promoted to Deputy Director of her new department. In June, 2017, she was appointed to a new position – Director of the savings and Credit Cooperation Department.

She commented that the lessons learned from her study experience in Korea, from KAIST, have proven to be very helpful for her as a professional and also for her organization. She believes that professionals with enriched knowledge and training from leading universities can be great assets for national development. She said, “I am proud to be a KAIST member. My training was a great opportunity, and also a great learning experience from where I obtained valuable knowledge. With my prior experience and training, I will try my best to support market development in Mongolia.”

We have great expectations of her professional life. We wish her happiness and success.
