KGSM appointed Dr. Yonjoo Cho as MBA Director to implement strategic marketing of career placement and oversee curriculum development. Dr. Cho has consecutively served as senior researcher at the Korea Telecom and as a secretary general at Young Astronauts Korea. She also works as editorial board at the Korean Society for Educational Technology and Society for Training and Development. Dr. Cho received her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at University of Texas at Austin. Her research interest includes human resource development, instructional design and qualitative methodology.
