Recently, we held an essay contest for the purpose of encouraging the international alumni to improve their work performance after returning to their home countries. Many successful cases were submitted on  the topics of on-site application and knowledge sharing within their organizations.  The two winners of the contest are presenting their stories to share with you at the conference.
