I. Application Form: Please fill in the blank area with your personal photo attached and
do not forget to write study plan section. (See Attached File)
II. Letter of Recommendation: ONLY 1 letter required(written either by professor or
academically related teacher & staff)
III. Curriculum Vitae
IV. Transcripts of Previous Semesters at Home University
- Master’s Grade ONLY
- Transcript should be in English
V. Official English Proficiency Score
- Or letter by program coordinator confirming your English proficiency
- TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or else
VI. Passport Copy: Please Scan into PDF File

3. Application Submission

Originally every document must be submitted both by email in pdf version and by post. However, we will only accept e-mail documents temporarily as we are facing many challenges globally. Please complete your application and send all necessary documents to the coordinator e-mail through sjbae05@kaist.ac.kr.
