The International Center is pleased to announce the following winners of fall 2005 International Programs Scholarship awards. Each winner will receive a scholarship to support their participation in a valuable international experience taking place between July and December of this year. The winners are: Kim Ji Soo (S.I.M.T., Germany), Daehong Kim (University of Mannheim, Germany), Daehwan Lee (OVAL Beijing, China), and Jinkyeong Lee (National Taiwan University, Taiwan). The purpose of the International Programs Scholarship is to encourage a greater number of KGSM students to take part in rewarding international opportunities. These scholarships are awarded throughout the year and are funded through the annual International Programs & Scholarship Auction, last held in December 2004. The 2004 auction event was the most successful ever and demonstrates the KGSM community’s strong commitment to globalization. The International Center and Globalization Committee look forward to awarding more International Program Scholarships in the future and encourage all eligible students to apply for future awards.
