KAIST Graduate School of Information and Media Management launches the Masters in Information Management Program
KAIST Graduate School of Information and Media Management opened a two-year part time Master’s Degree program in Information Management. Candidates applied from June 8th to 11th. The class will be held two days (Wednesday evening and Saturday) a week. Topics of the course are IT-based business innovation, IT management, IT technology, Management through IT, Venture entrepreneurship, Information security and web application development; completion of these professional IT courses will help students become ‘IT professionals who create corporate value through IT.
Courses for international business communication skills as well as a study abroad program are available after successful completion of the first year. Courses will be taught by KAIST faculty and professionals in related fields, such as Walt Disney Korea president and director of Daum Communications.
“Now it is the era that values are created through IT. professionals who have IT expertise as well as ability in collaboration in the convergence industry will lead their companies. Information Management MS students can continue to work and, at the same time, upgrade their careers to become professionals in the field of IT Management.” said, Jaehyun Ahn, Director of KAIST Graduate School of Information and Media Management programs.
