Hanwha Offers ‘Mini MBA’ for Social Entrepreneurs2013-09-11Hit:4952

Thursday, Hanwha Group announced that it has offered a ‘Mini MBA’ for Social Entrepreneurs
to strengthen their specialties and to provide fundamentals that leads
sustainable businesses. Hanwha established ‘Hanwha-KAIST Business School’ with
KAIST Business School and has trained 45 social entrepreneurs as participants over
the last 10 weeks.
Professors
including Dae-Chul Jang, expert on the business of social enterprises,
conducted 22 lectures covering the principles of economics, business
strategies, marketing, human resources management, and accounting, as well as
other subjects. Participants will receive completion certificates and acquire
semi-alumni membership in the completion ceremony that will be held in KAIST
Seoul Campus on Saturday.
Hye-in Bang, manager of the social enterprise ‘Big Walk’, said “Although it was hard for me to listen to a lecture every weekend for the last three months, it was a fruitful time for learning practical business knowledge.”
