A. Grade entry system: KAIST PORTAL (http://portal.kaist.ac.kr)

B. Period for Grade Entry: Saturday, May 24, 2014 ~ Monday,June 2, 2014 (by 11:59 p.m.)

C. Period for Grade Correction and Posting: Tuesday, June 3, 2014 ~Monday, June 9, 2014

(by 11:59 p.m.)

D. Deadline for Removing Incomplete (I) Grade: Thursday, June 12, 2014 (by 4 p.m.)

Grades will be transferred all at once, upon completion of the grade entry for the Spring Semester of the main Campus.

E. Notes

1) Upon completion of grade entry, please print out the reports at Portal by July 2, 2014, deadline for grade entry, collect by department/division and submit them to the Academic Registrar"s Team.

2) After the period for grade posting and correction is over, it is not possible to remove incomplete(I) grades through the Grade Entry System.

In order to remove the incomplete grades, the "I" Grade Report should be submitted to the Academic Registrar"s Team by the deadline for removing incomplete (I) grades.

3) In case that incomplete (I) grade remains on a students" internal grade report by 4 p.m. June 12, 2014, the deadline for removing incomplete grade, the course will be graded F, in accordance with the Article 28 of the Curriculum Operating Guidelines (U for research subjects)
