Guidelines on the 2014 Fall Semester Grade Entry 2014-12-08조회수:5434

We notify the grade report submission schedule as follows, since the 2014 Fall Semester is slated to end on Friday, Dec. 19, 2014.

A. Grade Entry System: KAIST PORTAL(https://portal.kaist.ac.kr/)


B. Period for grade entry: Saturday, Dec.20. 2014 ~ Monday, Dec. 29, 2014 (by 11:59 p.m.)


C. Period for grade posting and correction:
Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014 ~ Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 (by
11:59 p.m.)


D. Deadline for removing incomplete (I) grade: Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015 (by 4 p.m.)


E. Date scheduled for grade transfer: Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015
(Printing of the official transcript showing the grades of the 2014 Fall Semester is available from the day that grade transfer is completed.)


F. Notes
1) In case undergraduate students who entered the university in 2007 onward (including the 2007 entering class) retake a course, the highest possible grade received is limited to A-.
2) Upon completion of grade entry, please print out the reports at Portal by Dec. 29, 2014, deadline for grade entry, collect by department/division and submit them to the Academic Registrar"s Team.
3) After the period for grade posting and correction is over, it is not possible to remove incomplete(I) grades through the Grade Entry System. In order to remove the incomplete grades, the "I" Grade Report should be submitted to the Academic Registrar"s Team by the deadline for removing incomplete (I) grades.
4) In case that incomplete (I) grade remains on a students" internal grade report by 4 p.m. Jan. 7, 2015, the deadline for removing incomplete grade, the course will be graded F, in accordance with the Article 28 of the Curriculum Operating Guidelines (U for research subjects).
