Media platform company, AfreecaTV made an agreement on the 5^th with KAIST on establishing an online course that enables two-way communication.

Each sides are planning to cooperate by providing technical advice regarding internet broadcast and by providing the contents of the broadcast.

AfreecaTv takes a step further from a simple VOD format to where professors become the BJs, not only lecturing but also communicating with the students real-time.

‘Bizz@KAIST’ (http://afreeca.com/kaistbs) is established and will be broadcasted every Wednesday to Friday at 9 P.M to the students, faculty and alumni of KAIST. One of the unique feature of Bizz@KAIST is that people with a specialized interest gather together and freely debate on the content of the lectures.

Professor Yonggul Kim and Professor Jaemin Jung are scheduled to broadcast contents such as CRM. “This trial will become the social community space that fills in the intellectual gap of students” said a KAIST faculty.

“We will carry forward a business in which the synergy effect of both sides is maximized. We plan to provide constructive education system and expand the potential viewers to anyone outside of KAIST to provide a high-quality education contents.” said an AfreecaTV faculty.
