Ex-green growth secretary to teach at KAIST2013-09-11Hit:4913
Kim Sang-hyup, former presidential secretary for green growth, was
appointed visiting professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and
Technology on Monday.
He will teach students at KAIST’s Graduate School
of Green Growth in Hongneung, Seoul. The school is a branch of KAIST’s College
of Business.
Kim received his bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees
from Seoul National University, and launched his career in the media sector
before taking office as presidential secretary for green growth. He also served
as the presidential secretary for national future and vision.
He is best
known as the chief architect of Korea’s green growth policies.
At KAIST,
he will lecture on climate change and international cooperation, and on green
growth development strategies.
