C. How to apply : After applying on the Academic System, submit online before the deadline

- Academic System => Academic Records => Apply school register change => Application for a full-time student status/Application for a part-time student status(Uploading the application form approved by your guarantor is mandatory)→ Obtain approval of department academic advisor → Obtain approval of the head/chief of department/program → Students must submit it online before the deadline on the Academic System (On the deadline, students cannot apply it online. Students must complete the Application for Full-Time/Part-Time Student

Status(form for deadline) themselves and obtain the signature and seal of both oneself and their guarantor (Scholarship recipients must receive authorization from relevant organization) 

→ Obtain signatures of department academic advisor and the head/chief of department/program → Submit the form to the Academic Registrar's Team (ART) by 6 PM of Feb. 2.)

 

※ Cautionary Measures

a. Students must upload the application form approved by your guarantor.

  - Form for guarantor approval : Attached

  - General scholarship students must obtain the official seal of the applicable affiliated organization.

  - If there is no affilated organization, the signature or seal of the guarantor(parent or spouse) must be obtained.

b. Please check your approval status by clicking the “Details on type of status change” button. After obtaining approval from all relevant professors, must submit(click) it online before the specified deadline.

c. Please be aware that if you fail to submit by the deadline, your application will be cancelled automatically.

 

D. Miscellaneous

- All matriculating graduate students are registered as Full-time students except for the General Scholarship students of Departments/Programs that operate part-time classes only.

- Full-time master's or doctoral students shall earn at least 9 credits and up to 12 credits, including research credits, in one semester. Students may earn up to 18 credits upon recommendation by the advisor, subject to approval by the head.

- Part-time master's or doctoral students shall earn at least 1 credit and up to 9 credits, including research credits, in one semester. Students may earn up to 12 credits upon recommendation by the advisor, subject to approval by the head.
